US Road Running - Fort Smith

Event overview
The New Year running event is scheduled for January 3, 2026, at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The event includes three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1M)
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is in place.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back segment described as 0.78 miles. The 5K repeats that segment two times and the 10K repeats it four times. The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back segment described as 1.09 miles and repeats it six times. Participants are advised to use the parking lot across from the playground at the park.
