The Medal Madness event takes place on March 21, 2026, at Ben Geren Regional Park in Fort Smith, AR (7200 Zero St, 72903). The event is organized by US Road Running. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit is set at 3 hours and 30 minutes. Parking is available in the lot across from the playground.

The event includes these distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
The 5K and 10K use the same short loop. That loop is described as 0.78 miles one way and 1.56 miles out-and-back. The 5K completes that out-and-back loop twice; the 10K completes it four times. The Half Marathon uses a different short loop listed as 1.09 miles one way and 2.18 miles out-and-back, repeated six times.
