HA Haw Hustle
The HA Haw Hustle is a trail race. It is organized by fathers of students from Harvest Academy, a school in northern Greensboro.
The event features two trail races:
- 5k Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run
The race takes place at Haw River State Park in Greensboro, North Carolina. The course uses the Great Blue Heron Trail. For 2026, there is a new course route due to park regulations. The 5k course shares the trail with runners passing in the opposite direction at certain points.
Parking is available in a field at the Iron Ore Belt Access section of the park. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash.
Trivium Racing provides chip timing and music. The food vendor on site is Grandover Chick-fil-A.
There is a shoe donation drive for Sneakers4Good. Participants can bring old running shoes in good condition (no tears, holes, or ripped soles).
Awards include lion statues for the top three male and female finishers in each event. All participants receive a race medal and a colorful event t-shirt. A group discount is available for registering three or more participants.
Packet pickup locations are at Gospel Baptist Church and a Chick-fil-A on Pisgah Church Road, with specific dates to be announced. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
