Only Fools Run Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Jaycee Park in Greensboro, North Carolina (27455). The event is held annually close to April Fools Day and features a new, updated road course for 2026. It is part of the North Carolina Road Mega Medal Series and is listed as the first of five races in that series; finisher medals from series races connect to form a larger Mega Medal.

Registration, included items, and policies
Registrations include a finishers medal, a custom race shirt, post-race food and drinks, live results, awards, and race photos. The race organizer is Trivium Racing and the event lists sponsors and local partners.
Refund and transfer policies: no refunds are issued within 30 days of the event. Requests made earlier than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; T-shirt size cannot be changed. If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the race director, refunds will not be made but race packets, including shirts, will be made available at a location to be determined.
