This event stages closed-road running races that start and finish on Guildford High Street. The course is an out-and-back route that heads towards Clandon along the Epsom Road and returns to the town centre.

The event supports Guildford Town Centre Chaplaincy (GTCC). GTCC was established in 2008 to provide non-judgemental, positive support to people who live in, work in, or visit Guildford. The organisation is rooted in the Christian faith and welcomes people of all faiths or none.
Road closures apply for this event and there is a 90 minute cut-off in place because of those closures. The organiser has carried out research into runner priorities and highlights sustainability as an area of focus. An event T-shirt featuring the event logo is available at a reduced price at checkout with a stated retail value and sale price.
