Dorney Triathlon July
Dorney Triathlon takes place at Dorney Lake, Court Lane, Windsor SL4 6FJ. The event is held at an Olympic venue and is run as a draft illegal race. The site features a clear lake and flat, scenic grounds that produce a flat bike and run course. Results are chip timed and event staff are present on course.
Race formats include the following distances and options:
- Sprint triathlon
- Standard triathlon
- Super sprint triathlon
- Aquabike swim and bike
- Relay entries for two or three competitors
There are category divisions for age and female entrants across the sprint and standard formats. Aquabike provides a swim and bike only option for those who do not wish to run. Relay teams share the disciplines between team members.
Participation requires membership of British Triathlon and a race licence. Entrants may join as an annual Core or Ultimate member or purchase a single use Race Pass when buying an event entry.
