Grit and Glaze 5K, 1M & Donut Dash 2026 (Iron Girl)
This event is scheduled for May 31, 2026 at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and is held rain or shine. It includes a timed 5K, a 1M run/walk and a Donut Dash. The 5K course is USATF certified.

Participant amenities listed for the event include donuts and refreshments, a DJ, a t-shirt (guaranteed for registrations by April 25), live/text/email results for the 5K, free finish line photos for the 5K, and a merchandise tent. Personalized bibs are available for 5K registrants who register at least three weeks in advance. Virtual bibs are shipped within a window around the event date.
Awards are provided for the top three male and female overall finishers with gift cards of $100, $75 and $50 for first through third, and for the top three male and female finishers in age groups 9-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 plus. Overall winners are eligible for age group awards.
The event benefits Iron Girl Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds to support high school student athletes who contribute on and off the athletic field.
