Event overview
The Gobbler Gauntlet is a 5k race scheduled for November 15, 2025, at The Sanctuary Golf Course in New Lenox. The course is mostly flat with a few rolling hills. The route includes a water station and uses electronic timing at the finish. The event is open to participants age 7 and older.
Participation and logistics
All finishers receive one complimentary drink in the clubhouse. Medals will be awarded to first and second place finishers in each age category, including top male and female finishers and top male and female winners from New Lenox. Participants who register by Monday, October 27, are guaranteed a race shirt. Registration pricing listed by the organizer is $35 for mail/fax/walk-in registrations received by November 12, $35 for online registration through November 14, and $45 for race day walk-up registration.
