Turkey Trot - Plainfield, IL

The Turkey Trot is a community road running event held at Community Park at Grande Park in Plainfield, Illinois on November 21, 2026. The event includes a 5K run/walk and a separate kids fun run.

Race features for the 5K include chip timing, a race shirt, and post-race food and beverage items at the after-party. Packet pick-up is offered in advance at DNA Active Lifestyle Outfitters, 24210 W. Lockport Street, downtown Plainfield, and race day packet pick-up is available at the race site. On-site parking is provided at the venue.

Awards are presented to the first, second and third place finishers in both the men's and women's divisions; prizes include gift cards and frozen turkeys. Walkers, strollers and families are explicitly welcome. Online registration is available through November 21, 2026.
