Girls on the Run Puget Sound Spring 5K
Girls on the Run Puget Sound presents a regional spring 5K held on May 31, 2026, at Renton Memorial Stadium, 405 Logan Ave N, Renton, WA 98057. Registration options are provided for community runners and running buddies. Online registration is open through May 10, 2026 at the listed early price and in-person registration is available at the event for a higher fee. The Buddy and Community Runner registration includes a bib and a medal. Scholarships are available upon request.
Girls on the Run participants, coaches, site liaisons, and designated supporters are automatically registered for the 5K and do not need to complete additional registration. Running Buddies must be at least 14 years old.
