Leon County Celebratory 5K
The Leon County Celebratory 5K is the season closing 5K for Girls on the Run Panhandle. It is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Apalachee Regional Park. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment.
The event program includes packet pickup and a pre race festival kick off, opening remarks and warmups, the 5K, and a post race festival wrap up. These activities occur around the main 5K and are presented as part of the event day.
Registration details are provided in two Running Buddies tiers: Early Bird pricing until 4/23/2025 at $20.00, and late and same day registration at $25.00 which does not guarantee a shirt. Program participants and coaches have already been registered for the 5K and do not need to register. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
