Event Overview
The Gator Wilderness Camp Trail Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Gator Wilderness Camp School in Punta Gorda, Florida. The course runs through the diverse woods and shaded hammocks of the school's 250-acre grounds. All proceeds from the event benefit Gator Wilderness Camp School, a residential school for adolescent males aged 10-15 from Southwest Florida.

A free Kids Fun Dash for ages 2-12 is held after the main races. A virtual run option is also available.
Registration and Details
Race day registration and packet pickup are available. A race shirt is guaranteed for registrations received by April 1. Awards are given for overall and masters finishers, as well as the top three finishers in five-year age groups for each gender across all distances.
Special pricing is available for cross-country runners aged 15-18 and for children 14 and under for the 5k only. Post-race food includes items like biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, fruit, and cookies. No pets or running strollers are allowed on the trail course.
