Galloway's Gallop
Galloway's Gallop is a trail and fell race held on Saturday 25 July 2026 as part of the Lancaster Races events. The race starts and finishes at the Malt Shovel Inn, LA5 9PG, and runs over Warton Crag. The course is approximately 3 miles in length, about 5 km.
All finishers receive a medal. A special memento is awarded to the first ten male and the first ten female finishers. The event supports Northwest Air Ambulance and Lancaster Neonatal Department.
Entry fees are listed as follows: online entry for the fell race is £10 for all athletes. Entry on the day is £10 and is cash only; vouchers are not accepted for this event.
