Ingleborough Mountain Race

The Ingleborough Mountain Race is a classic fell race held in the Yorkshire Dales, part of Ingleton's annual Gala day. This challenging event covers a distance of 11 km (6.8 miles) with an elevation gain of 600 m (1968 ft). Established in 1939, the race starts at the Ingleton Community Centre and follows a scenic route to the summit of Ingleborough before returning to the village.
