Summer Farm Yard Five
The Summer Farm Yard Five is scheduled for Thursday 16th July 2026 at Farm Yard Brew Co, Gulf Lane, Lancaster LA2 0ER. The event is a single distance of 5 Miles. Single entry costs are £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unattached runners. There is a combined entry option for all three 2026 beer runs priced at £48 affiliated and £54 unattached.
The race starts and finishes at the brewery and follows Gulf Lane with views over open countryside and the Trough of Bowland hills. There is a beer stocked aid station at halfway; water is listed as optional. The brewery tap room will be open from 5pm and a street food vendor will offer food for purchase.
All entrants are entered into a draw to win six cans of Farm Yard Brew Co beers. Prizes are provided for the first three male and the first three female finishers, with two cans of FYB beers awarded to each prize position. No medals are handed out at the finish, but finishers receive a voucher for a free pint of beer or a soft drink. The entry fee includes an accurately measured course, medical cover, marshals, beer for finishers, free parking and the event is held under a road running license.
