The CancerCare Coffee & Cake 10k is a Wednesday evening 10k running event held on 15th July 2026 at the Lancaster & Morecambe AC Clubhouse, Salt Ayre LA1 5JS. The course runs along the River Lune and is UKA licensed (license number 28740). Every entry includes a donation to CancerCare. All finishers receive a medal and a free coffee or tea and a hot supper served in the clubhouse.
