Wednesday evening 10k Supper run

On 15th July 2026, the Wednesday Evening 10k Supper Run takes place at the Lancaster & Morecambe AC Clubhouse at Salt Ayre, LA1 5JS. The roughly 10-kilometre course follows the River Lune, delivering a relaxed, summer-evening atmosphere suitable for runners of all levels. A key feature is its charitable angle: each entry includes a generous donation to CancerCare.

All finishers receive a medal and are treated to a complimentary coffee or tea plus hot supper back at the clubhouse.
