Course and logistics

The course is an irregular loop of 2.23 miles per lap with a maximum elevation gain of 201 feet per loop. Terrain includes roots, rocks, rolling hills and one larger hill labeled "OMG". The route is marked with flags and signs. The pavilion serves as the single aid station and provides hydration, GU, snacks, sandwiches, pizza, and other food items during the event. Parking is limited; larger vehicles are directed to a side lot and RVs are not permitted. Overnight camping on site is not allowed per town ordinance. Earbuds and hiking poles are permitted.

Pacers and awards

One pacer is allowed per runner at a time. Pacers must register, sign a waiver, and check in for a wristband; unauthorized pacers will result in disqualification. Pacer fees listed for the event are $50 for a 12-hour allowance and $25 for a 6-hour allowance. Race winners are determined by most miles completed within 30 hours. Completing 45 loops (100 miles) within the 30-hour limit earns the official finisher buckle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
