Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run : Woodbridge, CT
The Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run is the 15th edition hosted by the JCC of Greater New Haven at the JCC campus, starting at 360 Amity Road in Woodbridge, CT. The event features a USATF Certified 5K course that winds through residential neighborhoods and additional community activities on the JCC campus.

- 5K Race on USATF Certified Course
- 2 Mile Family Fitness Walk/Run
The event program includes a post race block party with a sidewalk sale by Woodbridge Running Company, prizes for the top three men and women overall and in each age group, bagel medals for all participants, bagels and cream cheese from Katz's Deli, and both kosher and non kosher refreshments. Costumes are encouraged and dogs are allowed. Free on site pre and post run massages and trainer assisted stretching are provided.
The JCC offers babysitting services during the races and free on site babysitting is available for children ages 2 to 8. Free race event t shirts are provided to preregistered participants of the 5K and the Family Fitness Walk who register before September 1, 2026. A reduced registration rate is available for registrations completed before August 24, 2026. Early bib pick up is available at Woodbridge Running Company for registered participants.
