Run For Heroes 5K Run/Walk : Setauket FD (2026)
The 2nd Annual Run For Heroes 5K takes place on September 19, 2026 at the Setauket Fire Department in Setauket, NY (190 Main Street). Parking is provided at Setauket Elementary School (134 Main Street). Proceeds support the Setauket Fire Department and the Three Village 9/11 Memorial.
Registration is open for the 5K run/walk. Pricing shown for the event includes an early-bird rate and a standard rate; a $5 discount applies for first responders. Registration fees are non-refundable and are applied to race expenses. Personalized bibs are available for participants who register three weeks before race day. Early bib pickup is scheduled on September 18 at the Setauket Fire Department.
On-event amenities include a 50/50 raffle, post-run refreshments, food trucks for purchase, and T-shirts for the first 150 pre-registered runners (shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by August 14). Live online and same-day finish-line photos and video are provided, along with live online or text results.
Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers, top three male and female in standard age groups (14 & under; 15–19; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60–69; 70–79; 80+), and top three male and female first responders; first responders remain eligible for all awards.
