Footsteps for Fertility SALT LAKE CITY 2026 - Sandy, UT
Footsteps for Fertility Foundation organizes a community awareness walk at Hidden Valley Park in Sandy, UT on September 12, 2026. The event supports infertility awareness and raises funds to provide grants for individuals and couples pursuing fertility treatments, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), frozen embryo transfer (FET), and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
A SART-recognized clinic, Utah Fertility Center, has donated a full IVF cycle to be awarded as a foundation grant. Additional funds raised may be distributed as monetary grants, typically around $5,000 depending on available funding. Donated IVF cycles cover in-clinic services only; medications, laboratory work, anesthesia, donor gametes, and embryo adoption are excluded.
Each registrant receives one complimentary entry into a random drawing to select grant recipients; entries may be used by the registrant or gifted to someone seeking treatment. Applicants seeking treatment must complete the online grant application prior to packet pickup; the application is listed under the Grants tab. Check-in and t-shirt pickup occur on event day. Registration fees are listed with an early rate of $35 through August 29, 2026 and a late rate of $40 through September 11, 2026; late registration does not include an event t-shirt.
