Father's Day Runs for Burgers and Brew - Honolulu
This event stages officially timed running races with a common start and finish area at Moanalua Community Park and the adjacent Moanalua Gardens in Honolulu, HI. It includes a community 10K and 5K course that enters Moanalua Gardens to loop around the established monkeypod trees, follows a bike path near the freeway to the 5K turnaround, and extends 1.5 miles into Moanalua Valley for the 10K turnaround. The keiki fun run is a short loop inside the grassy area of Moanalua Gardens.
Practical details are provided for participants: restrooms are available at Moanalua Community Park, within Moanalua Gardens, and on the 10K course at Moanalua Valley Neighborhood Park. Portions of the route use smooth pavement while sections of the bike path can be bumpy and the Gardens loop is on grass, and strollers are welcome. All runners receive a finisher T shirt sponsored by Ruby Tuesday and post-run refreshments will be available in the gardens. Race registration opens April 27, 2026; most race registrations close May 24, 2026, and keiki registration remains open through race day. Early packet pick up is scheduled the day before the event at Runners HI in Pearl Kai, Aiea. Awards will recognize top overall male and female finishers and top three in each five year age group.
