Laule'a Half Marathon
Laule'a on Saturday, July 17, 2027 is a multi-distance running event at Wai Kai / Nimitz Beach in Ewa Beach, Oʻahu. The event offers three measured road distances and routes that pass the Hoakalei Country Club golf course and provide views of the Leeward Coast.

Courses are measured no fewer than three times and use mostly asphalt with some adjacent soft surface and short concrete sections depending on distance. Aid stations average about one mile apart and provide water, electrolytes, first aid and occasional energy products. Medical support is available at each start and finish area. Timing uses disposable chips and electronic preliminary results accessed via a QR code on the bib.
Included for all entrants are timing, finisher medals, cooling towels and free race photos. Souvenir personalized bibs, race shirts and post-race meals are optional add-ons; personalization and some purchase options are guaranteed only for those registered by the stated deadline. Post-race meal options include breakfast burritos and chocolate milk with vegetarian choices available.
The event benefits Protectors of Paradise, a nonprofit that has removed over 1.5 million pounds of rubbish from the Leeward districts and coastline and that conducted a large cleanup on Earth Day 2025.
