Overview
The Family Impact PBC 5K is the third annual running of this community event. The fundraiser takes place at John Prince Park in Lake Worth, Florida. Proceeds support Family Impact PBC and its programs for children, teens, and adults in Palm Beach County.
Events
The event features several options:
- 5K Run/Walk: Open to participants aged 7 and over.
- 5K Virtual: A remote participation option.
- 1-mile Kids Run: For children aged 7 to 12.
- 100-yard Kids Dash: For children aged 1 to 8.
Event Details
Packet pickup includes a race shirt and bib, which must be worn during the event. Early packet pickup is available on Thursday before the race at a store in West Palm Beach. On race day, packet pickup opens at the park at 6:00 AM.
The race site is the Eric Call Pavilion within John Prince Park. Participants are directed to use the Congress Avenue park entrance and turn onto Prince Drive for parking. Roads close at 7:10 AM on race day.
The event includes chip timing, finisher medals for participants, an awards ceremony, and post-race food and music. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
