The Palm Beaches Spartan Race takes place Mar 28-29, 2026 at Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park, Sunset Cove Amphitheater, 12551 Glades Rd., Boca Raton, Florida. The weekend program includes a Sprint 5K, a Kids Race, and Hurricane Heat options of 12-hour and 4-hour formats. Course and obstacles
The course runs on park trails, sandy terrain, and open fields and is described as flat and fast. The site is minutes from the ocean and offers beach access. Course features and obstacles include examples such as Atlas Carry (100 lb / 45 kg stone for men; 75 lb / 35 kg for women), A-frame cargo, barbed wire crawl, fire jump, inverted wall, bucket carry, Hercules Hoist, multi-rig, rope climb (16 ft / 4.8 m), sandbag carry (60 lb / 27 kg men; 40 lb / 18 kg women), rolling mud pits, spear throw (25 ft / 7.6 m target), and walls from 4 to 8 feet high. Additional information
Finishers receive a Sprint finisher medal and a finisher tee; Trifecta medal details apply when other Spartan distances are completed in the same year. Team entries can share a start time and receive savings. Service member discounts up to 25% are available for eligible U.S. personnel through verification.
