Faith in Children - 5K Run/Walk
The event takes place on 10/18/2026 at Randalls Island Park in New York. It offers in-person and virtual options and includes multiple race categories for adults, teens, tweens, young children, and dogs. Participants may run or walk, and strollers are allowed.

On-site activities include arts and crafts, bubbles, and outdoor games for children. All children and dogs who participate will receive a participation medal; children also receive a goodie bag and dogs receive a participation gift. Dogs must be on leash and run or walk with their parents. Race items mentioned include bibs, medals, a race bandana for dogs, and T-shirts available for purchase. Refreshments and snacks are provided for attendees. Virtual participants receive a certificate.
Proceeds support the organization’s programs in Mindfulness Education, Community-based Outreach, and Nourished Bellies. These initiatives serve families and communities in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malawi, and Madagascar. Bib and T-shirt pickup is scheduled for the day of the event.
