Harrington Park Fall Spectacular : 24th Annual
The Harrington Park Fall Spectacular is a community running event held on 10/17/2026 at Harrington Park School, 191 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, NJ 07640. The program features multiple short-distance events on a relatively flat, USATF certified 5K course that runs through scenic parts of Harrington Park.
Event distances include:
- 5K Run/Walk - USATF certified 5K, relatively flat course
- Mile Fun Run - one-mile community run
- Kiddie Dash - short distance for young children
The event includes professional pre-race stretching, a live DJ, and water stations located near Miles 1 and 2 of the 5K course. Results are posted with chip time, and gun time is used to determine all award results. The event concludes with an indoor awards ceremony in the school gymnasium.
Registration opens on 2/15/2026. Published entry fees include a base 5K fee of $25 before 10/01 and a higher fee thereafter; USATF-NJ member rates are listed lower than the standard 5K fee.
