Early bird online entry is £7 before 1st December and £10 in December. UKA registered runners receive a £2 discount. No entries will be taken on the day. Editing details and transferring entries is allowed until 19th December 2025 at 23:59. Refunds are not offered and entries cannot be deferred. The organiser may delay, postpone, cancel or not officially time the race for adverse weather or other factors beyond their control. Photographs may be taken for publicity and results may be published with personal information such as name, club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category.
