Even Splits Leeds 5K (SEP '26)
The Even Splits Leeds 5K is a monthly, chip timed road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. The event covers 5 Kilometres on a flat course run over three laps, and results appear on Power of 10. Runners receive a text with their finish result and mile splits are published the next day. A small refreshment is provided at the finish.
Entry is limited to 200 runners. Single race entry prices are listed for affiliated and unaffiliated athletes, and a multi race pass is available for the Sep to Nov series. Entrants are assigned a race number with an embedded timing chip when they first race; this number can be reused at Leeds and York 5K events. One free number replacement is allowed in a 12 month period; subsequent replacements incur a charge.
Facilities at Race HQ include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. Race HQ is the Brownlee Centre, Bodington Playing Fields, Bodington Avenue, Leeds LS16 8NA.
Places cannot be transferred and entry fees are non refundable. A deferral to the next race in the same calendar year is permitted once if requested at least three days before race day. Entry on the day is not available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
