Event Details
The EPIC North Walsham 5k is a town centre event held in the market town of North Walsham. The course goes around the town. There is often support from local residents.
The race takes place at North Walsham Memorial Park.
Participation and Fees
The entry fee is £15 for affiliated runners and £17 for unaffiliated runners, plus a booking fee. All entries include chip timing and a bespoke race medal.
Entrants must be at least 11 years old. The race is UK Athletics Affiliated.

The race is organized by EPIC Norfolk. Any profits from the event are reinvested into local sport and physical activity.
Rules and Policies
Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred, but they can be transferred to another runner until midnight on June 11, 2026. If the race is postponed (e.g., due to weather), entries are automatically moved to the new date. Participants also have the option to transfer their place or complete the race virtually. If the race is cancelled entirely, entries are automatically deferred to the following year's event, or a refund can be requested before a specified deadline.
