About the race
The Flying 5k is a fast, flat, single-lap race held at Scottow Enterprise Park, the former RAF Coltishall airbase in Norfolk. Organized by Coltishall Jaguars as part of the Sportlink Grand Prix series, the event welcomes runners of all abilities aiming to set personal bests on a traffic-free, amended course suitable for wheelchairs. The race offers ample parking, disabled facilities, and medals for all finishers.
A 2k children's race is also available, encouraging young runners to participate. The event follows UK Athletics rules and prohibits headphones for safety.
