Event Overview
The Reepham Summer 10k is a multi-terrain running event held in the Norfolk countryside. The race marks its 19th annual edition on Friday 17 July 2026. The course is designed to be fast and varied, utilizing a combination of quiet country lanes and the scenic Marriott's Way.
Course and Participation
The event consists of a single distance:
- 10 km (Minimum age 15)
The route takes place on open roads and narrow sections of track. Due to these conditions, the event enforces a specific headphones policy: only bone-conducting earphones are permitted to ensure participants can hear traffic and instructions from marshals. Over-ear and in-ear headphones are prohibited.
Race Village and Facilities
The race headquarters is located at Stimpson’s Piece Hall in Reepham. Parking is provided by the Reepham Scout Group, situated approximately two minutes from the registration area. Participants have access to changing facilities and toilets at both the Race Village and the Scout Hut. A bag drop service is also available for runners.
The social area of the race village features various refreshment options, including wood-fired pizza, freshly ground coffee, and fruit ice cream. All finishers receive a commemorative medal upon completing the course.
