Letting Off Steam
Letting Off Steam is a community running event at Whitwell and Reepham Railway Station on 23 August 2026. Boghopper Races is organising the event in partnership with Keeping Abreast, Breast Cancer Reconstruction Support Charity (charity no. 1129522). The course follows Marriott's Way and local footpaths.
Participants can choose between the following distances:
- 5 km suitable for all ages; under 11s must be accompanied by an adult
- 10 km suitable for over 15 years only
A medal is awarded to every finisher. Refreshments are available throughout the event. Car parking is available for a £2 fee, with proceeds donated to Whitwell and Reepham Preservation Society. Donations to the charity are welcome.
Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 15 August 2026. To reduce costs and increase donations, these races are not timed.
