Elkhart City Festival 5K and Kids Run : Elkhart, IA

This community road race event is scheduled for June 20, 2026, at Elkhart City Hall, 260 Northwest Main Street, Elkhart, Iowa. The event includes two distance options and offers on-site amenities and participant recognition.

Registration has an early pricing deadline on May 31 and online registration closes on June 12. Early registration examples shown are $20.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1 mile Kids Run; later registration rates increase to $25.00 for the 5K and $20.00 for the Kids Run. Day-of registration is available.

All registered participants receive an event t-shirt. Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each race category, including the Kids Run and the 5K. Organizers note that timing procedures will remain consistent with previous years while new timing system options are being evaluated as donations grow.
