El Paso Matters 9.15K is a fundraising run on September 19, 2026, held at Cleveland Square in El Paso. The event includes two distances:
- 9.15K
- 1 Mile Fun Run / Walk
Registration fees change by date: $40 through June 30, $45 through August 31, and $50 through September 18. Registration is limited to 1,000 participants. A team discount applies: teams of 10 or more receive a $5 discount for members from the 10th registrant onward; the first nine team members pay the regular price and receive a $5 refund once the 10th joins. No refunds are permitted.
Packet pickup is at Up and Running, 3233 N Mesa Ste 205, on Thursday, September 17 (2:00–6:00 pm) and Friday, September 18 (11:00 am–6:00 pm). There is no race day registration or packet pickup. A short-sleeve t-shirt is guaranteed for registrations made by August 31, 2026. All finishers receive a commemorative El Paso Matters medal.
Awards include trophies for the top three male and female finishers, age group awards across standard divisions, and a trophy for the largest team. Race proceeds benefit El Paso Matters, the local nonprofit news organization. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
