El Paso Matters 9.15K and Texas Tech Health El Paso One Mile Family Fun Walk
This event takes place on 9.19.2026 at Cleveland Square in El Paso, Texas (510 N. Santa Fe St., 79901). It includes two distances:
- 9.15K
- 1 Mile Fun Run / Walk
Registration fee tiers are: $40 through 6/30, $45 through 8/31, and $50 through 9/18. Registration is limited to 800 entrants. A team discount of $5 applies for teams of 10 or more; the first nine team members pay the regular price and receive a $5 refund once the 10th member registers, and members from the 10th on pay the discounted price. No refunds are offered.
Packet pickup is at Up and Running, 3233 N Mesa Ste 205, on Thursday 9/17 from 2-6 pm and Friday 9/18 from 11-6 pm. There is no race day registration or packet pickup. A short sleeve t shirt is guaranteed for those registered by 8-31; availability is limited after that date. All finishers receive a commemorative El Paso Matters medal.
Awards in the 9.15K include trophies for the top three male and female finishers, age group awards (9 and under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over), and a trophy for the largest team.
