Royal Run for Hope
Royal Run for Hope is a community fundraising run and walk held in El Paso at Casa Buick GMC, 6800 Montana, on September 27, 2026. One hundred percent of proceeds stay in El Paso to help children in the community fight cancer.
Distances and event formats include:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Walk (1 mile)
- Kid's Dash (children 9 and under; listed as approximately 0.1 miles)
- Virtual 5K (3.1 miles)
Registration fees and discounts are stated: early registration through September 13 is $35, late and race day registration $40, with a $5 discount for children under 10 and a $5 discount for active military. The Kid's Dash fee is $15; it is limited to 50 registrants and intended for children 9 and under. All Kid's Dash participants receive a t-shirt and a medal.
Early packet pickup is available at Casa Buick GMC, 6800 Montana, on September 26, 2026, from 12 pm to 4 pm. Awards for the 5K include finisher medals for the first 650 finishers, trophies for the top three male and female overall winners in the 5K, medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age category, and a trophy for the largest team. Age groups are 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
