El Paso Marathon weekend, Downtown El Paso : February 27–28, 2027
This event weekend in Downtown El Paso includes multiple race options and related activities at central city locations. The in-person program features the Michelob Ultra El Paso Marathon, the Raiz Federal Credit Union Half Marathon, the Spine & Rehab Specialists 5K Run/Walk, and the Carefree Homes Kid's Dash during the race expo at the El Paso Convention Center on February 27. Virtual versions of the marathon, half marathon, 5K, and Kid's Dash are available with digital bibs and a window to complete the distance between February 27 and March 2.
Event policies stated by the organizer apply to the live races: no race day registration or packet pick-up for the listed races, no baby joggers, strollers, or pets on course, and no refunds rollovers or transfers of registration fees for live events. The marathon and half marathon courses have a course closure time and course cut-offs will be enforced. Virtual packet mailing and transfers from virtual to live entries have additional fees and conditions.
The Michelob Ultra El Paso Marathon is listed as a qualifier for the Boston Marathon and for the Abbott Age Group Championship marathons. The event has drawn participants from across the United States and from several other countries, including Mexico, France, Norway, Liberia, and Germany.
