Event Overview
The Education Empowerment 5K is the fourth annual edition of this event. It will be held at Riverside Park in Vero Beach, Florida.
Distances and Registration
Participants can choose between two event options:
- Individual 5K: $30 registration fee.
- Team: $25 registration fee per person. The fastest team award requires a minimum of four co-ed members.
Early registration is available until March 1, 2026, for guaranteed t-shirt sizes. Registration fees increase after March 26, 2026.
Schedule and Location
Packet pickup and late registration will be available on the day before the race at Chelsea’s Gourmet on Cardinal Drive. On race day, these services will be available at Riverside Park before the event starts. An awards ceremony will follow the race.
Awards and Amenities
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters (40+), and the top male and female in several age groups. A race t-shirt is included with registration, and post-race food and beverages will be provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
