Event details
The Eat My Crust 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for early May 2026 in Viera, Florida (6103 Stadium Parkway, Viera, FL 32940). The event includes an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option. Registration categories and fees are listed for adults, students and Space Coast Running (SCR) members, with higher fees for registrations after mid-April and on race day. The race benefits the Viera High School Athletic Department and the Early Steps program of Brevard County.
Logistics and competition
The course is USATF certified (FL24008JK) and starts at Viera High School. Packet pickup is available at Running Zone, 3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, on Friday, May 1 (10:00 to 18:30) and Saturday, May 2 (10:00 to 17:00). Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a soft race shirt; virtual entries may add a shipping fee.
Awards and special categories include top overall and masters age groups, top high school finisher, top three in each age group, team awards (minimum five members per team, co-ed teams must include at least one member of the opposite sex), a Pizza Delivery Challenge (carry a pizza box for the distance), a Fast Track Award for the designated track split, and youth ribbons for a free kids run for ages 8 and under.
