Green YMCA Turkey Trot 5K
The Green Family YMCA Turkey Trot is a community running event held on Thanksgiving Day at Green Memorial Stadium, Green, Ohio. The event includes a 5K Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk and is presented by the Green Family YMCA; proceeds benefit the YMCA community and support financial assistance programs.

Registration is offered in two windows: pre-registration through November 12 and regular registration from November 13 through November 25. Fees for the 5K are $30 pre-registered and $35 regular. Fees for the 1 Mile are $15 pre-registered and $20 regular. There will be no day-of-event registrations.
Packet pickup is available in advance at the Green Family YMCA (3800 Massillon Rd) between November 13 and November 25, and race day packet pickup is offered at Green Memorial Stadium on the morning of the event. The stadium parking lot will be closed for the event; attendees are asked to use the Middle School/CORE lot at 1711 Steese Rd, the Central Administration Building, or parking along Town Park Blvd. Traffic and parking will be managed on race day and some road access will be restricted.
Awards for the 5K include top three male and female overall plus top three male and female in standard age brackets (14 & under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up). The 1 Mile recognizes the top four finishers. The race is part of the Green Great Eight Race Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
