Dusk To Dawn is scheduled for 18 July 2026 at Bridgend Miniature Railway in Bridgend, South Wales (Fountain Road, Aberkenfig, Tondu, CF32 9BZ). The event is organised by Mad Running Junkies and has a minimum age of 18 on the event date. Entry options listed are: entry only for £45.00 and entry with a T-shirt for £65.00. Entries open 25 July 2025 and close 17 July 2026. The listed inclusions for participants are car parking, toilet facilities, a bespoke medal or trophy, a swag bag, hot and cold drinks and snacks, medical support on site, and volunteer assistance.
Format and course
The event is a timed challenge with a 12 hour time limit. It uses three distinct 10 mile looped routes. Participants attempt to complete as many loops and as much mileage as possible within the 12 hours; the overall winner is the person who completes the most loops and mileage. Each loop requires a card stamp at Base Camp and collection of the next route instructions. The course is mixed terrain with limited road sections, multiple hills, and a downhill forestry trail section that can be technical. The route will be marked with flags and glow sticks; a GPX file may be provided but organisers advise not to rely on it fully. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
