Dusk To Dawn is scheduled for Saturday 18 July 2026 at Bridgend Miniature Railway, Fountain Road, Aberkenfig, Tondu, Bridgend CF32 9BZ. The event is organised by Mad Running Junkies. Entries have set open and close dates. Minimum age to enter is 18 or older. Entry options and fees listed are: entry only for £65.00 and entry with a T-shirt for £95.00. The overall time limit for the event is 12 hours. The winner is the participant who completes the most loops and the greatest mileage within the 12-hour period.
Course and format
The event uses three different looped routes of 10 miles each. Participants attempt to run as many loops as they can in the 12-hour period. Each loop requires a card stamp at Base Camp and runners receive route instructions before the next loop. The course is mixed terrain with limited road sections, uphill sections, and a downhill forestry trail that can be technical. Routes will be marked with flags and glow sticks. Organisers may provide a GPX file but advise not to rely on it.
