Important Rules and Cut-offs
There is a strict time limit of 4 hours and 30 minutes for the 20-mile race. To enforce this, there will be a course closure at the 10-mile mark after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Participants are advised not to enter the 20-mile event if they cannot meet these cut-off times.
The use of earphones, headphones, or similar devices (including bone-conducting types) is not permitted for runners, except for those with a genuine hearing impairment.
Participant Requirements
The minimum age to participate is 18 years on race day for the 20-mile event and 17 years on race day for the 10-mile event. All participants are required to write their name, emergency contact details, and any relevant medical conditions on the back of their race number.
