About the race
The Dunham Massey Duathlon is a Sunday morning event held at Bramley Farm, Sinderland Road, West Timperley, Altrincham, WA14 5JQ. It offers Sprint and Super Sprint distances and is suitable for all abilities. The run-bike-run format uses a single, well signposted, lap-style course.
Distances are Sprint: 5.32 km run + 21.99 km bike + 2.83 km run; Super Sprint: 2.83 km run + 12.86 km bike + 2.83 km run. Helmet must be worn for cycling. The event features chip timing, finish-line photos, a McA series medal, water stations with sweets, and maps/GPX files.
