Dunham Massey Duathlon

Course and logistics
The Sprint format covers a first run, a bike leg, and a final run: 5.32 km run, 18.85 km bike, and 2.59 km run. Both Sprint and Super Sprint use the same courses for running and riding. Running laps are clockwise: Sprint run 1 is 2 laps and run 2 is 1 lap; Super Sprint run 1 is 1 lap and run 2 is 1 lap. Riding laps are anticlockwise: Sprint is 2 laps, Super Sprint is 1 lap. The start and finish share the same point where finish times are recorded.
Participants must register on arrival with their entry confirmation and collect a race number; helmets are checked at registration. All riders must wear a helmet and must mount and dismount at marked lines. Transition areas are for bikes, running shoes, and items needed during the race; there is no bag drop.
