Dorney Lake Triathlon
The Dorney Lake Triathlon takes place on 12 July 2026 at Dorney Lake, Windsor. The event is held at a purpose built lake and uses flat roads around the venue. The swim, bike and run courses are marked with distance flags and marshals will be present to guide competitors.
Available race formats include Super Sprint, Sprint and Standard. There are also Aquabike entries for swim and bike only, and relay options that allow two or three people to share disciplines.
- Super Sprint: 400m swim, 9.5km bike (2 laps), 2.5km run
- Sprint: 750m swim, 19km bike (4 laps), 5km run
- Standard: 1500m swim, 38km bike (8 laps), 10km run
The event uses chip timed results. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos and post race goodies. An event village will provide food and drink options and partner giveaways. The organiser notes that sustainability is a focus for RunThrough events.
The triathlon is organised in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support. RunThrough memberships can be used for entry but once the event sells out no additional places will be available, including for members.
