Devil Dash 5K - Stratford, CT
The Devil Dash 5k is a community running event on June 14, 2026 in Stratford, Connecticut. The event offers a main 5k and a youth run, and proceeds support the Stratford High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs.

- 3.1 Miles main event
- 0.5 Miles Little Devil Dash for ages 12 and under
The course is described as a flat route through the Lordship neighborhood, running along Short Beach and finishing on a scenic section overlooking the water. Roads remain open for traffic; participants are required to run on the left side facing traffic. Public safety personnel and volunteers will assist with traffic and safety, and participants are asked to minimize headphone use on busy streets.
Hydration will include at least one water table at the 1.5 mile point and water at the finish; participants may bring additional water if needed.
Bib pick up is available Wednesday 6/10 and Thursday 6/11 at Stratford High School from 12:30 to 6:30 PM, entering via the gymnasium doors near Stratford Town Hall at 245 King Street. Race day bib pick up is scheduled for the morning of the event.
Registration opens January 28, 2026. Fees listed are $30.00 for the 5k and $12.50 for the Little Devil Dash. Prizes are awarded in three age categories to the top three male and female finishers in each category; donations and student-athlete contributions supplied the prizes. All participants receive a T-shirt and Little Devil Dash participants receive a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
