Desert Night Race Series at Arizona Falls
The Desert Night Race Series is a set of three Friday evening 5K races held once a month through October. Live events take place at AZ Falls, 5802 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018. The series features three different desert themed medals, one awarded for each 5K.
Races are chip timed and include age group awards and raffle prizes. Each event is limited to 250 participants. The three race dates are 8/21, 9/18, and 10/16; the third race is scheduled for October 16, 2026.
The series raises funds for Child Crisis Arizona. The organization’s mission is to provide children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect, by creating strong and successful families.
Registration options include a series entry and individual race entries. Early series registration includes a free tech shirt for the series and a reduced price while early registration is open; individual races are priced with a listed entry fee and a stated price increase two weeks before each race. A virtual race option allows participants to run on a day and time of their choosing, submit a finishing time by email, receive the collectible medal, and have proceeds directed to the charity.
