Phoenix Children's Spooktacular Sprint & 5K

Phoenix Children's Spooktacular Sprint & 5K is a Halloween-themed running event held on October 24, 2026, at Wesley Bolin Plaza in downtown Phoenix. The event combines a timed 5K with a Kids Dash and includes festive elements tied to Halloween. Participants run, jog or walk the 3.1-mile course and may take part in the event while wearing Halloween costumes.

The event is organized as a FUNdraiser to support Phoenix Children’s. When registering, participants can select an area of care to fundraise for. Fundraising areas include the Barrow Neurological Institute, Behavioral and Mental Health, the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, the Center for Cleft and Craniofacial Care, the Center for Fetal and Neonatal Care, the Center for Heart Care, the Center for Trauma Care, Child Life, Nursing, the Patient and Family Assistance Fund, Spiritual Care, Therapeutic Arts, Volunteer Services, and the Hope Fund. The Hope Fund provides support to more than 170 donation-funded programs and services.
