Cupid's Chase 5K El Paso takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026. The event is part of a national series that marks the founding of Community Options and is the series' 18th annual race. The event is open to runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs and sponsors. The venue is fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed.

Location and registration
The race is at McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre, McKelligon Canyon Road, El Paso, TX 79930. Early registration price for the 5K is listed as $40; the price increases after November 30, 2025. To guarantee a race shirt, registration is recommended by January 1, 2026; shirts and other giveaways are available while supplies last. The event is rain or shine and all registration fees are non-refundable. Sponsorship options are offered at levels from $500 to $10,000 and include Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Exhibitor Table.
Timing, results and awards
The 5K is a certified course with professional timing and results will be posted immediately after the race. Giveaways include a finisher medal and drawstring bag while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to male and female finishers in 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
