Cupid's Chase 5K El Paso
Cupid's Chase 5K in El Paso takes place on February 13, 2027 at McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre on McKelligon Canyon Road. The local event is part of a national race series that celebrates the founding of Community Options; it is the 19th annual local race and last year more than 17,000 participants joined events across the country.
The event is a certified 5K (3.1 Miles) with professional timing and results posted immediately after the race. Registration for the 5K has a listed fee of $40. To guarantee an event shirt, registration must be completed by January 1, 2027; after that shirts are available while supplies last. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. All registration fees are non-refundable.
The venue is described as fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed at all times. Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals for male and female finishers in these groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70 & over.
