Cupid Shuffle 5k : Concord
The Cupid Shuffle 5k is the 12th annual running and walking event held on February 28, 2026, in Concord, North Carolina. The event is hosted by the Alpha Chi Omega sorority of UNC Charlotte and is presented as a community fundraiser and awareness activity.
The course is a 5K at Frank Liske Park, located at 4001 Stough Road, at the Barnhardt and Hartsell Shelters. The event offers both individual entries and a team of two option. Awards are listed for first, second, and third place finishers.
Proceeds support organizations that work on the awareness, education, and prevention of relationship and domestic violence. Funds will go to the Safe Alliance Domestic Violence Shelter of Charlotte and to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation, with 15% of proceeds designated for the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation. Safe Alliance provides emergency shelter, trauma counseling, court advocacy and legal representation, and serves more than 10,000 people annually in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas.
