Charlotte Spartan Event Weekend
The event is held at Porter Farms, a working farm located just outside Charlotte and about 15 minutes from downtown Concord. It is presented as a multi-day Spartan race weekend in April 2026 that uses the farm landscape for its courses.
The course terrain includes thick mud, creek beds, flowing water, wide open pastureland, uneven ground, rolling trails, and other natural features. The layout emphasizes variety rather than long continuous climbs and incorporates Spartan-style obstacles and natural obstacles throughout the property.
Race formats on the weekend include:
- Sprint: 5 km, 20 obstacles
- Super: 10 km, 25 obstacles
- Kids Race: 1 to 3 km with obstacles
- Hurricane Heat 4HR
- Hurricane Heat 12HR
