Cats Me If You Can 5k Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K run and walk on Hilton Head Island, centered at Mitchelville Freedom Park. The on-course route passes Fish Haul Beach, follows back roads on the island's north end, and finishes on the Red Carpet "Cat Walk" near the All About Cats Sanctuary. An after-race gathering will follow the finish area, and participants can meet cats and learn about the volunteer work of All About Cats.

Registration for the in-person 5K is listed at $35 and includes a t-shirt with the event logo; finishers receive a lanyard with a finisher premium. A virtual entry is available and includes the same items with additional shipping and handling charges; virtual items will be mailed within 7 to 10 days after the event. Awards are given to the top male and female overall finishers and to top finishers in each age group. There is no same-day registration.
Packet pick up for t-shirts and race bibs will be held at Palmetto Running Company in Shelter Cove Town Centre on April 24 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, with a late pick up on race morning. Parking is available onsite. All proceeds and donations benefit All About Cats, a volunteer 501c3 organization on Hilton Head Island.
